    I bought some seafood from them on 8/29/2024. They stated that it would be mailed after labor day. Never received anything. I requested when they were going to send it because I never received a confirmation like they said. Fast forward 2 weeks later they said it was mailed and returned and had to do it again and I said okay. They so called sent it again and gave me a false **** tracking number. I stated to them that on **** site it is saying an item isn't there on 9/11. They advised me to check the following morning and I sent them an email on 9/12/2024 saying they still didn't have it. I than requested a refund and they said they needed to cancel an order that was never shipped. I went on instagram and they stated they would refund me the money after I reported them for scam/false advertisement and said they would give me money by end of day. Never got my money nor did I ever get my purchase. The owner is a thief. It is 9/17/24 and nothing. This people need to be in jail for scamming and shouldn't be allowed to post on social media to scam people who just want to support small business. They only accept cashapp so don't buy anything from them online because my bank won't give me the funds back because cashapp is a third party vendor. They could've just said that they are poor and could I donate to their cause but to steal and knowingly manipulate a situation is narcissistic. Again 3 weeks later nothing. No refund or product. I stated to them I don't even want the product because I wouldn't trust what they would do to it.

    First and foremost, this individual has created an issue out of what could have been a straightforward situation. He mistakenly believed he was blocked from our email communication, which was not the case. He then commented on my Instagram account, where he had full access, claiming that we had blocked his email. This is surprising, as we were the ones who sent the last email in response to him.

    In an effort to clarify the situation, I reached out to him after providing a tracking number and addressing his concerns. I also offered to refund him the $25 for the express portion of his payment. However, he was not satisfied with this and chose to request a cancellation and a return of his funds that same morning, despite our recent discussion about the order.

    I have someone who manages my Instagram account, and I was made aware of this issue that same evening. I intended to reach out the following morning to resolve it. My assistant even attempted to call him, but he declined to discuss the matter. Instead, he started spamming all my platforms with a fake account, claiming we took his money and never sent his order, even after he had asked for a cancellation. I had to cover the costs to process that cancellation.

    Since then, he has created multiple accounts to continue spreading false information. This situation could have been easily resolved with a phone call, but he seems more interested in engaging in online disputes, which we do not have time for. I am still willing to resolve the issue, but I would prefer to do so over a phone call. If we can approach this as adults, we can settle it promptly. Ultimately, it depends on his willingness to handle the situation maturely. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This business is operating under false pretense. They have my money and have their product. Please see message from 9/18/2024 of what they emailed me today. Please see attachment krab3 of what they emailed me this morning.They have also stated that they plan on not giving me my money. I don't want the product anymore because the lack of integrity/character they have they probably would poison it. Please see attachment title share for what the **** website says when you enter the false order number that they provided me. This is the same message that has populated since they gave me. This is actually a simple fix give me my money back but instead this business and it's owners lack 1)customer service *********** and *********. This business shouldn't be allowed to operate anywhere. Customers should receive goods that they purchase and/or be refunded. They have lacked to do either. I as requesting my refund immediately just like they received it on Cashapp. Cashapp directly deposits funds it doesn't take this long to do that when they failed to even mail the product. I am asking the BBB to kindly shut this business down for false practices and requesting a full refund. I am sorry that I have to involve you but clearly by all of my attachments it demonstrates that this business lacks character.

    I have been attempting to reach Mr. ******** on his cellular device but have only been able to leave a voicemail. I will continue trying to make contact, as he has made false accusations across various platforms, including the Better Business Bureau. I would prefer to discuss this matter over the phone before addressing any issues. This is the only way I am willing to resolve the situation, as I find the disrespect unwarranted, especially since it did not need to escalate to this level. I am more than willing to issue a refund, but we must have a conversation first. To my knowledge, no one labeled a scammer would make multiple attempts to resolve an issue directly. The choice of communication lies with him.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    As mentioned before I have no reason to communicate with people who cheat people out of their money. It doesn't require a conversation to issue a refund this is just a tactic to delay issuing a refund and to try to have the BBB believe you are sincere when you aren't. The vendor has not contacted me except through instagram which was two weeks ago. There is nothing left for me to say except I sincerely hope that the BBB steps in and takes away their business license for false practices. I haven't made up any claims and in fact, all of my attachments confirm that the vendor has my money and their own product and the vendor is even saying here they will issue a refund. That alone shows that this vendor is not only a liar but trying to deflect the truth but truly doesn't deserve their business license due to neglecting to provide the customer with their money back while having the product they purchase. There is no need for a conversation I will always believe this company is a scam company and through the BBB they have complaints for cheating people. How many more honest people need to be cheated out their hard earned money when these scammers are doing business under false pretense. In fact the owners should be in jail because they have my money and their product. That's theft bottom line.

    I order $125 worth of food from them and they blocked me and its been months since I sent them money. All of their mentions on ******** are them doing it to other people as well

    After placing an online order on January 28,2024 for a food truck tour to be in my town on February 17 the tour was cancelled. There was chatter on the Facebook page where the owner states there will be refunds within 2-3 weeks. I have reach out with ample time (month or weeks) in between emails, which is the only way to reach the company, the phone number listed I’ve called more times than able to count between my emails and never had a response. I would simply like my refund and to help and others who may have been fooled by this “company”.

    Pre ordered food 3 weeks in advance. Day of pick up was told he couldn’t make it. Asked for a refund and the owner stopped responding.

    This customer has since been refunded in fact the same exact day. Her message was answered to no later then 3 hours as I was currently working! This customer was rude and very impatient. She wasn’t even waiting no longer than 24hrs for a refund. Again she took it upon herself to do whatever she could to complain about my business which I’ve been in business for 4+ years and haven’t had a complaint since so it goes the show the type of customer sent a complaint. Have a good day.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have not yet received the refund. I contacted my bank they still don’t see anything being refunded. Willing to give it until saturday that will be one week from the day he states he did the refund. I’m worried because he has several reviews about the same issue and the customers never received the refund.
