    On April 29 frontier internet came to install a fiber optic line. When they came they cut my street light line. I tried to talk to them but the response is we need more information. I ask them what they need and got no response.

    Thank you for referring the complaint to our office for review. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.  

     The Complaint states:  
    The customer states that ****************** cut her street light line when installing a fiber optic line on April 29, 2025.

    Frontier has reviewed the above statements and offers the following response:  
    An Office of the President representative contacted the consumer regarding the cut line concerns.   
    The consumer advised that a crew was out on May 29, 2025 and repaired the issue.
    The customer presented no further questions or concerns.

    No human being that answers phone only AI. Call disconnected! Trying to reach out to them concerning wrong router sent!

    I did not purchase this, it is provided by FRONTIER.  They have resolved the issue and are sending the right 1 out.

    since feb I have had the repair man to my house 4 times. Frontier internet does not service my area even thou thy say they do. I waited 2 weeks the last time for them to come to fix the problem. Not 12 hours latter the internet was not working. Now I am waiting another week for them to come back out to fix the problem When I ask for credit on the account. They tell me to call another number and when it is fixed they will credit me. I should not have to call and call and call, stay on the phone an hour at a time and get nothing resolved. There are no other options in my area for survice.
