    I recently made a purchase through IG of a ********* where the amount of the purchase was $149.00. I received the bag and advise the company that I did not like the QUALITY and advised it was not worth $149.00. and asked for resolution. They emailed me and asked me to send pictures of the bag, and I advised there were no defects, I just did not like the quality and requested an immediate refund. They advised this BAG was the same QUALITY of their BENTO 4 BAG, which does not solve my problem. The quality, fabric, material, zippers is a cheap quality and I do believe I merit consideration for a refund. This was an Instagram purchase which I will admit was a mistake on my part to ******* that purchasing a product via a "click bait" ad would result in a quality purchase. The advertisement stated this was a final sale, which do not support and would like a refund of my money. I have no intention of using this BAG and therefore if my money is not returned, I would like other consumers to be aware of this IG AD and to not wast their money.
