    The professional state of this company is HORRIBLE. We had them replace a pipe that went from taking 2 days - 2 weeks with no communication of when they were going to resume. I emailed and got nothing back. They left complete messes of their own trash on my property . When replacing the pipe they failed to clean up all the sewage water that was on the floor in my basement, left an old pipe laying on the floor along with their trash. They did clean up the mess the following day( last day) but still how is it professional to leave messes like that. The smell from the chemicals made me very nauseous even though I had opened up windows to clear out the smell. They gave no warning about it nor did they suggest to air it out. Lastly, They made racial slurs towards the workers who was doing the digging to get to the pipe. That is a HUGE NO NO! Its very disrespectful and ignorant. I will NEVER use them again.
