      I went into the urgent care for chest pain and a cough congestion and higher than normal body temperature and everything was going fine until the nurse asked me about Covid, if I had tested positive for it or been vaccinated to which I replied No to both she asked again I told her No I don't and won't be tested or vaccinated, she then became extremely dismissive got up stopped asking questions and said to follow her to the next room when the doctor came in he asked me a few questions and then asked if I wanted a flu test or Covid test I said yes to the flu test and No again to the Covid test, he then sent the nurse back in with the test only it was a nose swab I asked what is that and she said the flu test I asked when did they start using the nose swab instead of the throat swab to which she responded always very short and rudely I said No I have gotten flu test before she goes "you want the test or not!" I said No and she turned around left the room and started yelling to the doctor that I was being difficult and refusing the test she lied to my face about the test and she was extremely rude and unprofessional and I am extremely unhappy about her behavior just because I refused the test which I have every right to do I absolutely did not deserve to be treated like a criminal I explained what happened to the doctor and he explained that that was the only test that they had for the flu test I said that's fine but she didn't need to lie to me about it like I was some kind of idiot who just doesn't know any better I'm exhausted and sick double ear infections and the doctor is treating me for the flu which does still exist contrary to what people seem to think ever since the whole world was brainwashed into believing all this hype about Covid not everything is Covid and to treat people like criminals just because they are not going to just fall in line with this situation is absolutely disgusting I want a formal complaint about this office and about the nurse she's got
