  I had a very positive experience with Address Our Mess from start to finish! I was able to schedule the crew right away which fit my tight timeline. I found everyone I spoke with to be very helpful and empathetic to the complexity of the situation.
  The team that came to perform were very efficient and kind. They worked continuously and were able to work very independently once we had a brief overview meeting at the beginning of the day. They were able to empty out a 2-bedroom apartment full of unusable items in one day!
  I was very pleased to have that tough situation behind me.

  This is difficult. The team was nice, respectful and worked to remove clutter. I don’t know if expectations were too high but if I’m told the room will be cleaned after the clutter removed, I’m not expecting perfection but I also do not expect to go into a ‘clean’ room and have to throw out garbage.
  As someone who got into this mess for a variety of mental issues (ADHD, anxiety, and depression) I was someone who obviously needed help throughout the entire process. Again I expected more guidance throughout the day. The crew kept asking about what I wanted them to do but I didn’t know. That’s how I got into this mess. As someone with anxiety this made me more anxious about the entire thing. If I knew what to do or how to do it, I wouldn’t have gotten into this mess.
  The initial call was about 4 minutes long which doesn’t really give either side time to learn about the process.
  I was left with piles of stuff in each room that was cleaned and no guidance or support on what to do next. I guess I was just hoping for more.
  I do really wish that someone from the company calls afterwards to discuss things. I have nothing negative to say about the crew but the company could train them a bit better (if they are even trained at all) to further help the people shelling out money for help. The crew for the work they did would get closer to 4 stars just for themselves because I don’t feel any issues were at their fault. The company though, barely one star through the experience.

  Very satisfied with work done. Nothing was thrown out that wasn't clearly garbage, even then I was often asked. Was able to get done what I needed because of quick efficient work. Coordinating with Megan, then Cindy and Coleen went smoothly. Would recommend.

  We greatly appreciate the service provided by Address Our Mess in assisting us with the removal of clutter and damaged goods resulting from a situation involving cat hoarding. Cindy and Megan were extremely helpful and thorough in discussing our needs over the phone, providing detailed plans for the process. Three employees promptly arrived and were prepared to begin work. The team leader, Tony, demonstrated compassion towards me during a difficult time, considering I had recently lost my younger sister that morning. Overall, I was very pleased with the entire service and would confidently recommend it to others dealing with similar situations involving animal hoarding.

  Needed a job done fairly quickly due to a family member with cancer wanting to be in his home when he passed away. They were prompt with calling for a quote but impossible to get them to call back with a date to arrive. Called Megan (estimator) multiple times, left voice-mail. Finally called emergency number to get someone else to assist me but was told Megan was estimator for my area. Rep said I'll message her right now....still Megan never calls. Went with ******** ***********. Great company with prompt arrival, done a wonder job. Call them if you can't wait forever to get a call back. Wanted to leave zero star rating but wasn't given the option.

  Our response time, which is electronically documented, differs from your recollection.  You inquired about services at 9:07pm on July 25, 2023.  We attempted to reach on at 11:24am on July 26, 2023.  Shortly thereafter, (11:36am on July 26, 2023) you returned the call, spoke to Megan and was provided a quote for two days of service.

  Good afternoon and to whom it may concern, I am writing this letter to recognize a team of individuals I have encountered while working with the Address Our Mess company. Our mother's home needed to be sold, and we lived out of state. After hiring Address Our Mess, they flew out three kind, considerate, and professional individuals. Upon meeting, Mr. Calvin J******, Mr. Reginald C*****, and Mr. Antonio C***** appeared to know how to work with each other, indicating they had worked together for a long time. The house had been neglected for ten or more years and was full of items that filled the bedrooms, hallways, upper floors, basement, and garage. I have worked with many good people and teams of people before, as I have been in facilities management and plant operations for over 30 years as a blue-collar and white worker. I did not know what to expect until after the first day. They were on time and notified me that they were there. They reviewed the area thoroughly and set up a staging area, and began to take the mess apart systematically. It was incredible to see as they started and finished on time, and the amount of work they accomplished was considerable without seeming fatigued. I became optimistic that they would finish within the allotted time period we had set, but there was so much work to be accomplished that it seemed unattainable. Once again, Calvin, Reggie, and Tony attacked the problem while keeping me updated on all the hurdles they were encountering and as they received support from the calls they would make to Address Our Mess. To my surprise, the house was completed before the deadline, and I dare say I have met the best team put together by any company yielding a positive outcome from a seemingly terrible one. Calvin, Reggie, and Tony epitomize integrity, compassion, accountability, and excellence, and special thanks to the management team for creating an incredible tool. Thank you all for all you did for me.
