    Hello, I have paid all the shipping fees for vehicle vin number *****************, but the finance department manager refused to release my vehicle and the ******, requesting me to pay for another vehicle which has nothing to do with the one I have already paid for.He also said that he will continue charging me or make things hard for me if I continue speaking, Im a customer, I have every right to ask questions. I have never had this type of issue with anyone except him, he is arrogant, angry, unprofessional person using his position to abuse me. I have paid over 1400 for my vehicle but I cant have access my vehicle and my car because he blocked them, its very painful, I really really need your help and assistance to claim my right.His name is ****** *****, Im looking forward to hearing from you.Thank you

    Good Afternoon,

    Thank you for reaching out as we have an ongoing dispute with this individual. Please see attached email including our correspondence concerning the vehicle he mentions, another unpaid invoice and our terms of payment and service. He has an unpaid invoice for the shipment of another vehicle - VIN ***************** that is over 14 months past due. There is a Hold on his account as we are attempting to resolve that past due invoice with him.  Once his invoices are paid in full, the Hold will be cleared.

    Laoualy **** ********, there is no such thing as holding my property, my money, forcing me to pay for another vehicle just because he cant handle questions, he cant be professional, its a way to show he is charge but he is wrong, he cant do whatever he wants, there is no where what he is doing as part of their agreements, I used to have more than 5 cars unpaid, they have always release the car thats paid except him, because he didnt like the way I spoke to him. He is soft, emotional guy.

    I hope all is well with you, here are the proofs regarding my complaint with Ghaneem forwarding precisely their manager called ****** *****.
    Im sending the booking of the cars first and my payments, wire transfer is their method of payment, you put the last 6 numbers digits of the vehicle, it will automatically calculate the shipping cost, late fees all fees associated with the vin of the car.

    Hello BBB, we request this complaint to be resolved or voided.  The consumer already provided information that he paid for services months late in his complaint.  We agree he paid months late.  He took advantage of this BBB complaint process to bully a discount on late fees, which we gave him.  We agree to fully release all the consumer's shipments if this complaint is resolved or voided.  The consumer used the BBB complaint process to slander our name with false information which he himself provided.  We will consider this situation resolved once BBB removes this false unprofessional claim.

    I disagreed with ghaneem response, every information I have provided is true, they havent given me any discount by me using the BBB complaint, I havent requested any discount from them by me using the BBB complaint.
    The shipping fees, late fees were already set up and  fixed before I filed the BBB complaint, I paid them fees before I filed the BBB complaint.
