      ******** is a trash collection company running large trucks for dumpster service. The assisted living home located at ***********************, which is located in a residential neighborhood, receives there service. When exiting the rear lot of that business the operators of the ******** vehicles regularly choose to drive off of the road up onto the grass adjacent to my home. Due to the weight and size of there trucks this action does significant damage to the edges of my neighbors and my driveway and creates deep furrows through the grass. This damage is not just unsightly but it creates a dangerous, uneven surface. Myself and my neighbor have asked the drivers many times to stop driving off road and to stay in the roadway. We have repaired the damage multiple times spending our money and using our time and yet this continues to occur. I contacted the business via email and received a reply from ************************************ I was asked to forward any information or evidence of the damage. I provided several pictures and a short video of the one time I had my phone on me and was able to record the truck in the grass. This *********************************** individual has since never replied to my emails or calls. I guess he thinks that if the company ignores this issue it will go away on its own.

      Good afternoon,

      The ruts in the grass will be seen this week and the goal is to get this corrected the same day. I did respond on March 15th, 2024, that we would be taking care of the issue this week. We had zero intentions of not making the necessary repairs that were seemingly created by one of our vehicles. It is common practice to receive information and then properly and thoroughly vet the complaint to make the right decision. It was determined that we would make the necessary repairs and this was expressed in an email prior to us receiving this notice. We hope that our efforts in repairing the lawn are seen in a good light and that we can resolve this amicably. Current plan is to have someone at the address on March 20th, 2024 which is the middle of the timeframe sent last week.
