    On 3/3/25 I thought I was contacting *** about a paralegal program. I was asked to pay $2695 for the program and that it would take me thru classes that would then let me pass the Bar exam for paralegals. However, I entered an unexpected surgery 3/17/25 and upon coming home contacted them about catching up and providing medical docs to the instructor. Only then was I advised that this was a self paced third party thing. I contacted someone at *** who gave me misleading information as well that this was continuing learning credits. For what I dont know but she also indicated the VA would pay like this was college driven. The VA and the VA POC at *** were the ones who told me this was a scam and a 3rd party providing a certificate. The told me no instructor led anything so I feel I was mislead on this. I needed a real program not a scam.

    I paid thru Affirm and the first payment came out but the second has not due to dispute. I also called ******* on the bottom of the receipt and she did say she was going to try to speak to her POC to have me removed and refunded. However, they came back and said no.

    I did go back to a POC that Ed2go gave me when I initially tried to find out about class and such, her name is ******* *******. She emailed Ed2go because she understands what I am requesting and knows that I was medically in the hospital right after signing up. She is aware I thought I was coordinating with NKU not Ed2go.

    ******* asked I call student advisory and explain that I needed to be released from the program. I did call today and I got a lady named ******* Amolett and she did see the notes where I called and was confused on what I signed up for. She said shed send me an email and I could request a special exception to be refunded and out of the program. Its important because ***** will make special exception and this should qualify. I have that email and am awaiting to hear back.

    Hi,

    the company now wants to offer a partial refund and Id like to know what fees were accrued. Theres not an instructor, I dont have books, and online I havent done anything.
