    George & Dante arrived at home- very nice techs & explained everything to me, provided a quote & advised me of the next steps to come. I would recommend these guys & look forward to working with them again!!! Thanks George & Dante!!!!

    I arranged through *** and Murrays was assigned. They sent out a kid who knew nothing and who lied to ***. I have a copy of his report and and have proof of his lies. I had 2 toilets needing a new wax ring, I had removed, cleaned, and drained the one toilet and then realized that a plumber was needed to install a special ring which I did not have, That is when this child said the tile floor was not level. LOL. Lie! A level was placed on the floor and it was perfectly level. He then said that the previous plumber did not install the flange correctly. LOL. Lie #2. Since the house was new in 2006, not one plumber had ever needed to be called until now. He called this, "NOT NORMAL WEAR & TEAR". Huh? The toilet needed a ring. SIMPLE repair but this juvenile apparently lacked the skills. He then goes to toilet #2 and sees that the toilet rocking BUT that the bolts were tight and NOT removed. When I viewed his report online to ***, he wrote that 'customer had removed that toilet but then HE removed the toilet" WHICH WAS IT? What does this child do next? I see him driving out the driveway and running from the job. When I called his company, they said that he drove away because he did not like me telling him he was wrong WHICH he was! My view? Don't send a boy to do a man's job. But Murrays was invited to send a real plumber to see that this boy was wrong. They failed to properly service this call and I have seen horrible reviews about them online. NOW I understand why. I welcome with open arms a personal visit by a real plumber who cannot tell me I am wrong. I simply did not agree with an uneducated analysis by this kid. He could not handle it or possibly he has anxiety issues. Either way, he is not to be trusted in anyone's home in my honest opinion! The kid is ****** ***** ***** **** *** ***** * **** ****** ******. DON'T USE MURRAY'S! Do yourself a favor. If BBB wants proof, I am so happy to provide that. ANY Plumber is welcome to visit. The repairs were simple.

    Thanks for your feedback, I have gone back and looked at the invoice the 41-year-old technician ( I thought
    he was 37) left at your home, We came to your home from your home warranty company, once there the technician found you had pulled the toilet and immediately called me. Looking at the pictures he sent, we deemed your flange was broken due to not normal wear and tare and the reason for that was the flange was not correctly mounted /secured to the floor. He then went to a second toilet you had on your ticket After moving he toilet back and forth with zero moment from the closet bolts a determination was made that the flange located beneath that toilet was aslo not fastened securely. You mentioned antiety , this was 100% your doings do to the screaming you were directing at my technician . I at that time told him to leave your home that no further explanation was needed .I will enclose a full disclosure copy of the invoice left at your house to show exactly what was said to you

    I called *** on 10/31/23 and was dispatched to Murray’s Plumbing & Heating. I called the company almost immediately; as soon I received this company’s contact information. I left a message and received a call back within 10 minutes. The lady who called( I forgot her name) was very professional and cordial. She gave me their next available appointment with time frame of 7am -4pm, and I was happy they were coming 2 days later and not a week later.
    On the day of service, i was the first appointment and received a call bright and early 11/02/23 informing me technician was in route and AL arrived on time, very professional and pleasant. He came in, diagnosed the issues and soon after began the repairs. AL was her knowledgeable, he treated my home with respect, he cleaned up very well after and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I will definitely call on Murray’s again. AL did an exceptional job. Thank you AL, and Murray’s Plumbing & Heating. 11/02/23

    This company lacks professionalism and proper communication. Every encounter that I have had with them has been subpar. Two different technicians came out from this company resulting in two totally different outcomes. Both outcomes were not favorable for me. I spoke with the owner who was not helpful; he was listening to respond. None of the technicians thoroughly explained what the issue was, and the first technician did not offer any other possible ways to repair the toilet outside of what he did; however, the second time, there was a fix for 950$ that wouldn't be covered by insurance.
    At the end of the day, the facts are the facts, so if that was always the problem then the solution should have been the same for both technicians; I have no problem with doing what is best for my home. Dealing with this company was a gross waste of time, money, and resources. This company left my bathroom in worst order than what they found it.

    As we were speaking yesterday, I did indeed understand your frustrations. However, working with your home warranty company limits us with what we can and can not do or say.

              The first technician came to your home and did advise you the floor was very much damaged and was in need of repair (written on the invoice left by that technician). He did however try to work with what he had to get your toilet working as a customer service. What he should have done is call your home warranty company and let them know what he had found, and they would have denied it then. Again, he tried to do what he could as a customer service rather than give you a $950 estimate. I give my technicians latitude on jobs like this to do minor repairs as a customer service. The 2nd technician called me when he arrived after seeing what was going on, and I advised him to call it into your home warranty company for approval or denial. They at that point denied your claim  

       I am sorry you are upset about this, if we had to do it over, I would still applaud my technician for trying the first time. We are a company that wants to make money, but as in this situation you can clearly see we try to fix it first through your home warranty before charging you anything.
