    Purchased a dozen female crabs from cravin crabs on Annapolis Rd in Baltimore, MD (Halethorpe). Could smell a stronger than usual smell of seafood going bad. I’m a pescatarian so I know what bad seafood smells like. Against my better judgement, I went home. Opened up the bag and the smell was stronger than when I picked up the crabs. I tried one claw and immediately it was undercooked (raw) , tried two more claws that were mushy because the crab had died and gone bad prior to cooking. At that point I started picking up each crab and noticed they all were very light and most smelled bad. I also started to feel queasy. I called to ask for a refund (I have my receipt ) because they gave me bad food. I have not eaten any of the crabs. I was rudely spoken to by some young lady with a condescending tone and put on hold for a manager only for her to come back to the phone to tell me I can either drive back and they could re-do the crabs or get a store credit. I do not want a store credit for some bad crabs. I won’t be coming back. I want my refund for the fact that they knowingly sold me bad crabs from the beginning and I now have to drive back and still don’t have my food.

    We have a written Story Policy in place.  The day of the event the customer refused to bring the product back per our Written Guidelines.  Since the incident I have personally spoken with her and have agreed to resolve the issues.

    Ms. **** came back to our establishment last week and received a full replacement of her original order.  We went above and beyond our standard return policy to accommodate her requests and I would like these negative remarks to be removed.
