    I purchased eight swim lessons for three children this past summer. One of the lessons, for all three children, was cancelled due to cold temperatures. I contacted the facility in August to determine when refunds would be issued. I was told they would be issued after the pool closed on Labor Day. I emailed Jessica donatell on October 5th. Inquiring where the refunds were. I was told that they had already been sent out. I informed her that I had not received mine. At this point, she informed me that they had had some issues with vandalism from local teens or pre-teens and that neighbors had reported seeing shredded checks on their lawn. She also said that they would determine that my check had not been cashed and would reissue another. Well it's now November. We have been playing telephone tag for 3 weeks and this is unsatisfactory business practice. It does not take 6 weeks for the bookkeeping department to determine whether the check was cashed and to reissue a new one. Obviously my efforts to come to a conclusion with this business have been unsuccessful. I am looking to you to be able to pry the refund from their death grip. I would upload the copies of the emails but your site does not work with a smartphone.
