    I went to Ultimate Image Day Spa for hair coloring. I discussed hair color with the stylist, **** I asked to see a hair color with copper tones because it was suggested on a previous visit. I didnt know if copper meant red or gold to them. I was shown a color that I normally get and what copper looked like - that it was more red. I laughed and said oh no, I dont want red. Ill just go with my normal color. The girl left to mix the color and then placed it on my head. I noticed the red tint of color and asked *** to be sure she didnt put on the red color. Her eyes got big and said oh no you selected the red. I said no, I wanted my usual ***** like we discussed. She said oh dont worry the color will look good on me and to trust her. There was nothing I could do since the color was on my head. So I waited until the end and I did in fact not like the color. I declined the haircut portion of my visit because I lost trust in her abilities. I asked the cashier what I should do because the wrong color was used. She didnt have an answer so I left. The stylist became annoyed with me and made a comment to another stylist while I left. I called back the next day for a refund so I could correct my hair with another salon. The employee said they dont do refunds. I asked what my options were and I was offered a correction appointment. I went to that appointment and was told they couldnt do anything except dye my hair black or strip it which they wouldnt do because it hurts your hair. I called back to speak with the ow er for a refund. It took two weeks and multiple phone calls to speak with her. She heard my side and laughed because her stylists are saying the opposite and that I wanted the red color. She offered to meet me to give me my options again.I met with her and she was condescending and raised her voice to me. I didnt feel safe moving forward with her. She was combative and rude. She didnt give me a refund. Im seeking a refund to correct my hair.
