    We moved out of Azure Oxford Square on 10 July 2024. When we moved out they maintenance person, **** did the inspection and said everything looked great and there would be no damage charges based on his inspection. And not to worry about getting our deposit back. Later on 2 August a ledger was sent to us showing the refund amount being $728. We then got a check in the mail on 16 September for $313.81 for the deposit. When we called and asked why a lady named ***** stated there were damage charges for the carpet and wall. When we tried to explain to ***** and counter what she stated she hung up on us. We made several attempts to call back but she did not pickup the phone. $728 should be refunded to us based on the ledger and what maintenance told us when we moved out.
