I purchased the Diamond Mentorship Program 6/22/2025 in the amount of $5k, after speaking with one of Daeron ***** advisors, ****** I was not informed that the mentorship program was a "group" or community" mentorship and not one on one with the coaches. I only found this out after my payment was submitted and I gained "access" to the community app. Because this important information was left out, throughout the entire conversation between me and the advisor, I was led to believe this program was "hands on" which provided personal support on a personal level, thus leading me to purchase the program. If I was told this program was only from a "community" or "group" led perspective, I would have declined to purchase. On day three, after meeting with an onboarding coach, which again, I had no idea I would be on the call with several others, is when I was informed, that the Diamond Mentorship program is not a one-on-one program. I immediately reached out to the owner Daeron ***** and expressed my concerns. I stated he would review my call with the advisor. He returned with a response stating he believed his advisor provided a comprehensive understanding. I then, reviewed the call and responded with various times his advisor mentioned this program being "hands on support" and I expressed to him hands on support is not watching more videos. I also stated at no point, did his advisor inform me that the live coaching meetings are with others and not just me and the coach. I expressed the info was presented to me as if these were personal meetings which is very MISLEADING. Furthermore, I expressed that i wasn't given the contract until after I made my payment which again isn't ok considering the payment was made and contract stating I can't get my money back. I have not reviewed any of the material since the onboarding call and I won't review it because this is not the service I paid for. I paid for one-on-one instruction not community or group.Business Response

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing in response to the complaint submitted by Tierra Mixon regarding her experience with the Courier Business Academy mentorship program.
After thoroughly reviewing her messages, listening to the recording of her advisory call, and reviewing her signed agreement, I would like to offer the following clarification:
Ms. Mixon appears to have enrolled with the belief that the mentorship program included one-on-one coaching. However, at no point was one-on-one mentorship presented as a standard offering. In fact, our materials, advisory call, and signed agreement all clearly communicate the structure of the program as group-based.
For full transparency, here is the direct link to the recording of her advisory call:
?? Advisory Call Recording: https://fathom.video/share/6TVxGCKYoYs1PiF4xVBWizwNox6kuq-sOur mentorship program includes:
Scheduled live calls every Monday through Wednesday
Bonus coaching sessions on Thursdays
A complete curriculum of video training modules
Live Q&A and interactive support in a group setting
Ms. Mixon mentioned that she "didn’t pay just to watch videos,” and I want to emphasize that this program is far more than pre-recorded content. We’ve consistently provided real-time guidance and mentorship across multiple weekly sessions, as advertised.
It’s also worth noting that we do offer one-on-one coaching for an additional fee, much like hiring a tutor for personalized support. However, these private sessions are not included in the standard program and were never advertised as complimentary.
In our view, this complaint reflects a case of buyer’s remorse rather than any failure on our part to deliver what was promised. I have attached a copy of the agreement Ms. Mixon signed, which explicitly outlines the offerings and states that one-on-one coaching is not included unless separately purchased.
We remain committed to delivering value, integrity, and clarity to every participant and welcome any further review or questions you may have.
Sincerely,
Daeron Myers

I am rejecting this response because: This is not buyers remorse! I have no problem investing in myself and the right program. I paid for your ultimate CBA course a little over a year ago and can’t back to invest in the mentorship because it was suppose to be more than just self paced which is still what The Diamond Mentorship program is with the added bonus of Q&A sessions. Again, that’s not mentorship. The information provided regarding the structure of your program is not clearly stated in your contract(which was sent to me after I made payment), nor did your advisors clearly state the structure of your program. The advisors or your contract DOES NOT state it is NOT a one on one mentorship. IT states it’s not one in one with Daeron, but does not state it is not one on one with the coaches. The lack of accountability on your part for not setting a clear business structure not only in the contract but with potential mentees is very disheartening.
Sincerely,
Tierra MixonBusiness Response

Dear Better Business Bureau and Ms. Mixon,
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We value transparency and are committed to providing clear and comprehensive information to all our clients.
In response to the complaint submitted by Ms. Tierra Mixon, we have thoroughly reviewed the situation. We have provided video evidence of the call in question, which confirms that all aspects of the service were clearly outlined to Ms. Mixon during our communication. Our records demonstrate that the topics discussed, terms of the mentorship program, and details of the purchase were fully explained.
Additionally, we find it peculiar that after we sent Ms. Mixon her welcome message, she has since deleted responses, making it challenging to provide a complete account of our interactions. Prior to her purchase, Ms. Mixon was also shown feedback and testimonials from other students in the group mentorship program to ensure she had a complete understanding of the value and content of the program.
We stand by the communication and explanations provided, which we believe were both thorough and transparent. We hope these details help to clarify any misunderstandings and are determined to maintain the highest standard of integrity and customer satisfaction.
Please feel free to reach out if further information is required or if there are additional steps we need to take.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: Clearly a member from his staff validates how not mentioning this is a a group led coaching, can be misleading. I have attached our conversation.Let’s break down a mentorship: A mentorship is a relationship between two people where the individual with more experience, knowledge, and connections is able to pass along what they have learned. Anything other than this, is not a mentorship, and this needs to be clearly stated in your contract(which didn’t matter because it was sent to me AFTER payment was made), and advertised as such.
Sincerely,
Tierra MixonInitial Complaint
