  Crooks! This daycare is always closed randomly, but expects full payment! They've never been closed for a “Christmas break” but plans to close from Dec 25-Jan 1, which means the daycare will only be open 4/10 days but STILL expect a full payment for both weeks! Unethical and unsavory business practices! They're all about money and NOT about quality care. They cheat their customers and provide bottom basement service. Extremely high turnover, and none of their employees stay - teachers, directors and administrators alike. On our child’s first day of school, he had a busted lip, and the teacher “didn't know what happened.” No documentation or report was provided. His first week of school, we witnessed the same teacher pulling/yanking our two year old child aggressively. The teacher was suspended for a week, but still allowed to keep her job and probably continued abusing the children! We requested camera footage (since they have cameras in the classroom), but they refused to provide and gave some sorry excuse about how the footage is deleted within 72 hours (although we requested the footage the day of the incident). Worst of all, they offer terrible food to the kids like cheese sandwiches and jelly sandwiches. Dry bread and butter for breakfast. Ridiculous because the food is likely subsidized, so they're pocketing the government money and providing disgusting food to the children. However, they wont let you pack and send a lunch for your child. Their entire operation is just despicable!

  Thieves!!! We had our daughter enrolled there for over 2.5years, since she was 5 months old. We recently unenrolled her from there. We were paying $2000 a month and a lifetime of over $57,000 of cash without any assistance from vouchers because of our income. When we enrolled our daughter they made us pay a deposit of $500. Another deposit of $500 so that we can pay weekly. We thought it was weird to have to pay the extra $500 but we did and it is I. The contract. Please read your contracts if you have children at Kiddie Academy. When we unenrolled our daughter we asked for our deposit back. They gave us a a breakdown of all the monies we paid which was over $57k in almost 3 years and never made a late payment and gave a written 30 day notice to unenroll our child. Their records doesn’t show we ever paid the extra $500 and someone is pocketing the deposit we paid. We spoke to the director who is new and has no answer to the previous years of contracts or understanding of it. We asked to speak with the owner who I thought was a decent but she would never have a meeting to discuss the issue. The director asks if we have any old records of money paid. We recently found the transaction through bank records. But they are not giving customers their deposits back after your child is unenrolled. I don’t think the realize the type of parents and persons we are to keep records after 2.5 years. We still have not gotten our monies but we will take this as far as it takes and will spend even more money than the $57,000 we paid for daycare to get justice. They are stealing deposits and are not recording the money on your account. Beware!!!!
