      They literally had me and my daughter waiting outfits while they were on "break" the sign says 30mins we waited almost a full hour while the staff members were out shopping in the plaza stores I was told someone called off but those who were there didn't seem to take there job seriously I'm ****** off one of the workers stated they are closing the store while customers waited in line instead of taking two or three at a time mind you school starts in a day smh

      Please REFRAIN from purchasing from this company EVER! This was my first time ordering two pairs of shoes for my toddler and I never received the shoes. DTLR keeps blaming UPS but the fact is UPS never picked up the shoes from DTLR and DTLR was not able to provide proof to UPS (through lost package claim) that the shoes were dropped off to UPS from DTLR. They made me wait 7-10 business days for them to open a claim with UPS and then were denied the claim through UPS because DTLR never shipped the shoes. Anyone can create a tracking number through UPS but that does not mean the mail carrier has received the product!!!!! DTLR failed to provide the product to UPS and is now pointing the finger at UPS. Regardless, I need a refund for the shoes as they never even made it to the mail carried. I am very disappointed in this company. I have emailed multiple times to try to get a refund and have not heard back. I am now disputing the charge with my bank. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! and to make matters worse the customer service rep (Nesha Baker) responded to my inquiry about not receiving my package with "Unfortunately, DTLR is not responsible for any lost or stolen items once they leave our warehouse". DTLR never even provided the package to UPS which is why the lost package claim they submitted through UPS was denied. Per UPS, the shipper (DTLR) was not able to provide proof/documentation that they submitted the package to UPS ever! once again STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I just went to purchase some shoe for my nephew. One more greet me and I had to find an associated to help me! I ask a question and the young man you unhelpful! Music was loud and everyone worked there was not happy to be at work! I asked him to call another store and he went in the back and stand for five minutes! I sent the other employee to see if another store had them . She said no they didn't have it. Not checking for it. Not spend my money there!! Worst customer service ever!!
