    Week of 8/29/2024 or prior Miss Utility was called by Antietam Broadband and/or Carroll County Government to mark properties as they are providing fiber to the *************** Community in **********, *********Because Miss Utility did NOT do a proper and complete job of marking my property (NEGLIGENCE) the fiber company ended up cutting our ******* Internet cable which discontinued our internet this morning around 10 AM! Our internet service was cut off due to the NEGLIGENCE of Miss Utility. There were NO markings for our internet cable marked on the grass. If pictures proving the missing lines are needed, we can provide if requested. Pictures are on my husband's phone.Additionally, the fiber supervisor told me that worse issues happened in the past few weeks where GAS lines were NOT marked appropriately and the fiber company hit two gas lines in the same day due to NEGLIGENCE of Miss Utility! That situation could have resulted in an explosion and/or fire in the community!Miss Utility should be held accountable for their POOR work and NEGLIGENCE that could have led to a major disaster. Miss Utility should come back out to the Hilltop Estates Community in **********, ******** IMMEDIATELY and double check ALL lines are marked appropriately, especially gas and internet before a disaster does happen!My husband has the receipt from ********** and I do not have access to it at the moment, but we can provide if needed.

    Miss Utility upon inspecting utilities in my yard before having pumping done - broke my natural gas line cover by smashing it with a wrench and did not offer to replace or fix.
