    Awful customer service. I emailed because the shipping label only said 'City, State, Zip' It didn't include the rest of my address. I emailed them about 5x. I got an email about one or two weeks later saying they could either give me my money back or I could pay for shipping to resend. I told them I double checked the shipping that I put in and the email that was sent to me, which was the correct address. I asked them to please make it right & just send me the package without charging me additional shipping costs as this was not my fault. It was either theirs or USPS. I'm waiting on an email which I'm thinking it either won't end in my favor or I'll have no response. Hoping I can at least get my money back. I'll update this if I actually get a response/my package. Otherwise you can assume they suck.

    I received a garment with a broken zipper from this company and they will not accept a return. Do not buy from them.

    Terrible customer service
    Do not buy from this company because if you have a problem there is no phone number to call only email. I've emailed twice with no response. I will never order from this company again no matter if they are the only one that carries it. Too bad that their customer service is so lackadaisical or non-existent!!!!

    On December 31st, I ordered a large order. The website glitched and charge me for 3 of the same book. I only wanted one and only want to be charged for one! I emailed immediately, and the email bounced back. I emailed again on Tuesday, January 2nd, and the email went through. However, I have not gotten an email back. I also have received no confirmation that the order has been shipped. I’m extremely disappointed because I spent a lot of money on other books, yet their communication is terrible. I likely won’t order from them again. I still want the refund for the two additional books I was charged for that I didn’t put in my cart!!

    I have purchased over 20 different studies, some in bulk. I have also ordered other merchandise. I have always received my merchandise quickly and completely. The quality is amazing and I recommend them to all my friends.

    I ordered large tailored pants from them. They were extremely small, short, and poorly made. When I asked for a return they said they could only give me a 20% return because shipping is expensive. That’s $7!! Don’t buy from this company- it’s a scam.

    I have made three purchases from this company, sadly my third order was not fulfilled properly. I have emailed this company four times regarding this order (*******) and have receive not one single response from them.
    I would like to have them respond to my email and either provide me with a refund or the product that I never received.

    I made an order for 3 posters on Dec 7th. The page said give it 5-7 business days. I never received my order and I reached out. I was ignored for a week and I reached out again. The tracking said that they never gave the package to DHS. I told them that and they said check with my postoffice that sometimes they lose it or a neighbor might have put it in a bush. I then was told to wait till Jan 7th because that was their policy. Now no one is responding about my lost order. Worst customer service ever.

    Love the DGC! I have ordered many times. Anytime the orders arrived damaged, they were very quick to fix the problem. They have great sales and wonderful customer service.

    I wish there was a way to submit photos to this comment for references.

    The first incident happened a few weeks ago when I wanted to double-check the winner for an ********* $50 giveaway. Someone told me the company wasn't very honest and I wanted to see. Sure enough, I looked up the winner and they didn't follow the guidelines ("like and comment on all posts from today") and somehow won. When I reached out to them on *********, not one person acknowledged it.

    The second incident was the magazine subscription. I noticed they had a sale on their magazine subscription, so I signed up. I'm all about second chances. I received my first issue, and not a week later I was charged $21.33 for another issue. I reached out and stated I'd like to cancel the subscription and have the money put back on my card. Mallory said that wouldn't be happening and to have a nice day.

    The third final thing was their warehouse sale. Living in Ohio, I'm also on EST, which is the time zone for the sale. I kept waiting for a text, and nothing. At 5:07, 7 minutes after the sale was opened to "everyone else" I received a text with the password. I brought it up to Sarah ********** along with the frustration of the ********* giveaways, magazine, and the incident, and she stated, "There are many issues with *********." There are many businesses that use it, I don't understand why this is the one that seems to be having so many glitches and errors? I'm done supporting the company.
