      I am grateful that BBB exists so that citizens can submit complaints and issues that need to be investigated and resolved. I start with the premise that if I have a negative experience, I am not the only one, there are many others.I applied to several online jobs and received email confirmations from ***. Then I received a strange looking text message from (***** ******* ************ ************************************************************) who said he worked at *** and saw that I applied to a few jobs. He asked for a call back time, I replied 2 or 3, and I waited for a call that never came. A few days passed, he let me now he was out on holiday and would that he would call me around 230pm. I asked him to also send me an email to so that I could confirm he was a *** employee. He agreed to send an email, and now said he would me after he has lunch. So I received a few texts without any follow-up phone calls, an email that did not look official, and a text message that said he does not have a brick and mortar office phone number. I found the office numbers online after he told me there were none. The office has two searchable telephone numbers listed online as ************ and ************. I called several times, it always goes to voicemail. I researched the company on ****** and saw a ton of negative reviews. With the negative reviews and all the red flags I picked up on, I came to the conclusion that this office location did not have a great track record of politely and professionally working with the job seekers looking for work in ***. I want to notify the home office and management of the issue, request to work with a different IT recruiter -if there is one- otherwise, I will simply cut my loses and go to another recruiting agency. This was a horrible experience, and based on their ****** reviews, I am not the only one with a negative experience.

      I worked for this company for 14 months and on July 5th, 2022, I was notified that my contract was terminated. Then I was paid weekly which means that my last paycheck was supposed to be deposited into my bank account on the week of July 8th, 2022. In my termination email, I was notified that my last paycheck was not going to be a direct deposit instead they were going to mail me the actual paycheck.On July 25th, 2022 I email the payroll department at **************************************** I received a response from a guy names **** ******* on July 26th, 2022 letting me that "The pay check should have been sent out, and you should receive in 10- 5 business days". Until this day I haven't received my last paycheck
