    The trash crew was placing a large rock on top of the door to prop it open, and that broke the secure building door to the 433-storage room on Jan 31st, 2025. We reported this to the vendor on Feb 5th once it was found to be broken and unable to close. We sent 6 emails for them to remain the door. When it was ignored, we hired a vendor to repair the door which cost $120.On Feb 21st, we sent a 7th follows up email it the owner ****** and **** the accounting **** and requested a refund of the $120 credit to our account, at which time **** finally replied asking for proof we sent them emails about the issue. We sent the proof of 6 emails directly to her and the owner that were ignored, then they asked for proof of something we had already repaired after waiting for 2 weeks to have the company resolve the issue. As of Friday, the 21st there has been no credit for the $120 repair expense to the association caused by their careless employees.We would like a credit of $120 added to our already applied $300 credit that we received for a missed pick up form the company

    This company is contracted by my county to pick up garbage and they have damaged my trash cans twice without reimbursing me for them. Even though there is video evidence of them doing so, they are outrightly refusing to do it. They are reckless during pickup and have no regards for other peoples property
