    This guy is the biggest piece of ***** He delivered my H2 hummer as part of a contract deal with safe shipping and moving and on delivery, I noticed my truck was scratched with a deny on the driver side door. When I asked Marc how this happened, he admitted he slapped my door against his truck when un loading it. That *** **** didn't apologize and held my keys and truck hostage until I paid the full amount for transport. Regardless of the fact he damaged my truck. All I can say is screw this *** ***, RUN away if you know what's good for you.

    Wow didn't c this coming this guy overloaded his h2 with personal items instead of charging him $400 I charged him $200 as 4 this alleged scratch he tried to claim I pointed to the bol clearly I documented it when unit was picked up and signed by him his response was owe u noticed that well thats fair prime example of necessity to cover ur a$$ if he had a legitimate claim he would have filed a claim on my insurance policy ?? ?? ?? wonder why that didn't happen instead of assassinating my character some people you just have to pray for them

    I purchased a car from a dealership in Florida. Called driver once info was given to me by dealership
    to ask what day the car would be delivered. He did not give me a specific date, told me he would call the night before delivery. So I called the dealership to see if he could give me a specific date. After dealership spoke with Marc to inquire about delivery date. I received a texted from Marc Smith, stating that it didn't matter who I called, I will not get the car any faster & he would call the night before he delivery. Mind you!, Marc had my car 5 days. I received a call two hours before meeting him to get the car. The contract stated 2 days delivery & customer will be contacted 24 hrs., before delivery. Ok, 1st red flag. Long story short, Marc Smith, would not allow me to inspect my car that I purchased after I told him he was very unprofessional and he displayed poor customer service. He then refused to take it off the trailer and said I had to pay him first. I assured him by showing him the money. I Just wanted to inspect for any damages inside as well as the outside . I then called the dealership and told him how belligerent Marc was. He told the driver while I held my phone on speaker to remove the car from the trailer and allow me to inspect the car. He still refused & told the dealership that he was not his boss. (2nd red flag). He then got in rhe truck and drove off. Don't know where my car is at this time. To anyone looking for a delivery service, please do not deal with this man Marc Smith. This is the worst delivery service I've ever had to deal with. Nightmare from hell.

    This customer attempted 2 obtain possession of the car without paying me the husband was argumentative and physically advanced towards me as 2 insite a confrontation stating he wasn't going 2 allow me 2 convers with his wife even though she was conversing with me I replied if u don't want me 2 talk 2 ur wife then tell her not 2 talk 2 me he attempted to keep her quit but failed  miserably he attempted 2 gain access to the inside of the vehicle for the purpose of securing possession of the vehicle without paying of course being in this industry 39 years I've seen every trick in the book after reloading the car they refused to give me my money  so I left the dealer contacted me the next morning  at wich time I informed him it will b an additional $200 for the failed delivery he agreed to pay it n asked me to return n make the delivery I agreed he then called me requesting that I leve the vehicle with the cashier at a gas station n they would leve the money with her ?? but they were so adamant about inspecting the car I refused as I was responsible for the car which was in my custody I then received a 3rd call instructing that a police would b there wen I returned to deliver the car a 2nd time after n hour the cop finally told them they had 2 pay me n sighn my bol of course I video taped this intier process insuring no false claims can be filed on my insurance clearly they hav attempted this b4 they just ran up on the right one this time
