      Hired to install 21x43 above ground pool. I purchased the pool, but I paid ******* to Delmarva landscape solutions, LLC, Owner ****** ***** for ******* pump/filter and saltwater generator and Tcell 15. On June 5th they started to install pool. On June 8th they gave water company wrong time, so they said ok to use our irrigation well. Very Irony, orange water, they said they had chemicals to clear it up and vacuum. The Pool looked crooked, ******, the owner said it was fine. He couldn't vacuum pool, turned on pump. Never cleared up. My husband vacuumed, spent ****** on chemicals and parts. Pool popped out of bottom track and top rails popped off. Had to drain the pool, relevel. I had to pay for more water. Total water was *******. ****** was suppose to pay ******. After pool was refilled ****** never brought more chemicals and salt per contract. We realized wrong tcell for saltwater. ****** never sent it with his crew, nor did he ever show up to look at pool. Pool was out of track again, boot was broken, main support post. Pool not level. ****** said he would buy bladders to hold water, so we didn't have to buy more water. He never brought bladders to my house, after a few weeks he sent a new crew to pump out water and fix pool. They worked a few days, brought a bag of screws that the other employee had stolen from my pool. Each post was missing screws. Then Stopped coming bec they needed 3 people to move pool, couldn't get help. After a week , ****** accused me of digging deck holes too big and too close to pool, but when I told him I knew about stolen screws he stopped texting me. That was July 21st. Left pool up with strings holding it together. Wind storm knocked it down, bent up and broken. Now I need a wholeness pool. Total ****** owes me is *********. I have lots of pictures, receipts, text messages, and I have written notes about each day. There are quite a few homeowners filing suit with state of ******** too. There are a few addresses for this company

      I contacted Jeremy ***** to install a fence in my front yard. He came to my house where he measured the yard. The total amount for the job was $2,750.00. We both signed a "Fence Contract" whereas I gave him a check on 10/18/22 for a deposit of $1,375.00.
      He said it would take a couple of weeks. He never called or showed up. I have called him repeatedly since giving him the deposit. He answers the phone, says he will be here on a certain date and never comes or calls. At this point (it's been ten months), I wish to just get my deposit back

      Signed a contract on Nov 2 2022 with the owner ****** ****** and gave the first deposit of ********* for my inground pool. ****** NEVER started the job. Contract states that he would be done by March 1, 2023. After months and months of his excuses I informed ****** In April 2023 that I no-longer wanted his service and to refund me my money. ****** had excuses after excuse about why he couldn't send a cashier check so he mailed a regular business check. I deposited the check and it was returned for ***. Call ****** about the returned check and more excuses.

      On 6/26/2022, we signed a contract with Delmarva Landscape Solutions, LLC. The owner ****** originally told us our pool would be completed and useable by the end of August 2022. It took him forever to get the building permit, after following up with him several times and getting the run around, we finally got the permit at the end of Sept 2022. His final excuse was that his wife didnt file for the permit. We understand that a few of the delays was from COVID and weather. However, there has been more beautiful days than bad weather wise. We have received nothing but excuses from this guy on why our job is delayed. Hes had to send workers back to my property several times to correct problems that others workers made. We are now coming up on a year since we signed our contract, and our job is not close to being done and our building permit is about to expire. He told us almost 4 weeks ago that our pool was going to be completely finished, and once again it is still incomplete. He was supposed to come to our house yesterday and my husband had to get a hold of him to find out he wasnt coming. Then, he told us he was coming today and once again we find out after my husband called him that hes not coming again. He has the majority of our money and no complete project.

      Yes we signed contract in June the 26th and my contract say that it takes up to 4 to 6 weeks to receive the pool and there was about 2 or 3 weeks past that i was still waiting on the pool cause my dealer was having trouble getting the 2-inch tube steel that goes in the top of it. I had a customer cancel and i used that pool which ***** and his wife agreed to use. Yes i had trouble getting the permit form the town hall took long then i expected. so, the end of September i dug the pool out then i wait a couple of weeks for electrical bonding for the pool and then we waited on inspections. On November the 6th we poured concrete in the walls and floor that had to sit for a couple of weeks to cure then we back filled the pool. Yes i no you want the pool completed and i intend to do so. In January or February i had a customer service person up from ******* where my pool dealer is to show me how to install the membrane in the pool because its free form pool and the homeowner run us out of his yard Because we didn't tell him we were running late that day. so since then i have had to order a liner for the pool and the pool is complete except for the liner water and electrical. All back fill and sod has been installed and liner was supposed to be installed today and i had employee problems i cant be in 2 places at once. Pool will be complete by the end of next week and they will never have to look at me again.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      It's going on a year since we signed the contract, and the pool is still incomplete.  He was supposed to install the liner and fill the pool almost 3 weeks ago, the first week they were supposed to come he had some issue, then the following week his guys were no shows and then we found out this past Mon (5/15/23) that someone sliced our liner. So now our liner is destroyed, and he had to order a new one, which is now delaying us even more.  We are tired of the excuses and the incompetence; we've had nothing but excuses since day 1.  Now my husband may have to drive to ********** to pick up the liner, since we shouldn't have to wait for it to be shipped. This has been nothing but a nightmare and we want to be compensated for this nightmare of a project.
