  Professional, responsive, courteous and patient. Everyone from the young lady on the phone to the technician, to the salesperson, to the installer were on point when it came to demonstrating professionalism. Responsive to my needs and concerns and always courteous in their *********** I am not an HVAC professional, I had a lot of questions and everyone was so patient with their explanations. No sighs of annoyance, no eyerolls and never made to feel as if I was a burden. I told my co-workers, "someone needs to find out what ******** does to keep their staff so content and happy. Lots of businesses could use their help!"

  Called Boothes (Plumbing) to have a look at our 18 year old basement grinder, as it was failing. Called Thursday and that afternoon they sent a nice young gentleman, ****** *. to have a look. Well, Jalahn correctly diagnosed the issue - as suspected its old and failing. He went over several replacement options and we chose the replacement option w/ 12 month/no interest. This suited our financial budget. Next morning Jalahn shows up with a new grinder and proceeded to remove failed unit and install a new one. Didnt take long all. I was very impressed with Jalahns professionalism, pleasant demeanor, sense of humor and knowledge. A good experience. Thank you Jalahn and Boothes for providing sterling service. Will continue to trust using Booths for our plumbing and HVAC needs. All the best, *. *******.
