We have a printer on a lease through Dex Imagining, We want to pay off the lease so we contacted the company that we have the lease through at the beginning of March. The lease company told me they would have to get the information from Dex Imagining and that they would email me. I never heard back from them so I called the leasing company a second time and they told me to go directly to Dex Imagining to get the payoff amount. I called Dex Imagining on March 6th and left a voicemail requesting the information. I gave 48 hours and called a second time. The second time I got a person and they gave me an email to request the information from. I emailed them on March 8th and heard nothing back. I then sent a second email on March 13th and copied my office manager on the email. We have still not heard anything from them and it is March 15th. Our office manager also emailed requesting this information yesterday. In the email she requested this information in 24 hours. We have not received an email from that request either. We would like to be contacted by the company so that we can get the payoff information that we requested over 2 weeks ago.
