    The company decided to shuffle up routes, effective 6/26/23. Since the change in drivers, now my 85yo father who has advanced dementia & is on hospice no longer consistently receives his daily papers. THESE papers have been delivered for over 40 years. They ARE his lifeline. His day and mood are thrown off/awful because his daily routine is broken. Ive asked over and over to have our previous delivery driver reassigned. They said they were going to fix the issue. They havent. This company is fraudulently advertising that the following:PCF has the team and technology to manage, monitor and optimize your distribution operation. With efficient routing we can help ensure your subscribers are satisfied and your management team is fully equipped with the tools and **** needed to make informed decisions.Complaint *************************************************************************************** PlatformThey definitely do not have a client portal or can they properly handle Complaints. Additionally, they fraudulently boast:Residential Delivery PCF has been an exceptional print distribution provider for almost 40 years getting publications delivered to homes, on time and on budget. Whether your product is a daily, weekly, monthly, a newspaper or a magazine, PCF designs delivery programs to meet your specifications and flexible delivery schedules. We also offer a wide range of reports, tools, and services to support the highest levels of performance.If they ACTUALLY ensured delivery, I wouldnt be calling and finding all avenues to resolve this issue. My dad doesnt have many more months left - for god sake, getting the paper daily shouldnt be a miracle, especially since weve been paying customers for decades!

    The consumer is correct, a new carrier was assigned to the route that services the subscription address.   Unfortunately, service was inconsistent while the new carrier was learning the route. With subsequent intervention and monitoring by the local management team, delivery to this address has since been consistent.  As of August 10, 2023, we have not been made aware of any additional delivery issues to this address.
