Dr. N******** did a bad job on my teeth for laser dentistry I paid for over $1000 years ago. I kept telling him my gums weren’t being lasered evenly or high enough to which he said just brush more at the gumline and don’t smile too wide. I found him and his staff which includes suzanne to be racist and condescending. The entire experience was a costly waste of money and time going back and forth and not being heard or respected as a paying customer. To still have a gummy smile and poor job done after all these years is disheartening and disrespectful.

I’m very concerned regarding your recollection of your experience years ago with us—-that isn’t (and never has been) the way we do things at our office.

Our core values include treating everyone with whom we interact with dignity and respect. My Team and I give the highest priority to making our patients feel welcome and valued.

It’s our goal to provide excellent service to everyone who comes to us for help. We really care about what we do, and if a patient is not satisfied with the treatment they receive at our office, we do everything we can to make it right. If you would like to contact our office, we would be happy to discuss this with you. Take care and be well.

I did not receive the gum laser surgery I paid for. I returned back several times and you still wouldn’t properly contour my gums. Being racist, condescending and not listening to what I desire for my money is unprofessional and unacceptable. My gums are still uneven to this day and all you did was tell me to brush them which is not a professional nor proper resolution. I also did not give you permission to digitally alter my dental images at the time to use as an example of bad work I paid over 1,000 for plus brought a 100 almost 200 toothbrush and paid for a cleaning of several hundred dollars. I feel scammed and gotten over on and you and your business lack integrity. Suzanne was a very unprofessional staff member who was aggressive and mentioning me being late and badmouthing me and my family. All of these things are unacceptable. This is not how patients should feel leaving your office after paying their hard earned money out of pocket.

I left this dentist several months ago and I am still very angry about how much money I spent there. My home care is impeccable yet, he gave me a treatment plan upfront of $10,000. A woman on a community site said she also had a treatment plan for $10,000. Odd! I am now in the process of having some of his work 'corrected' by my 'new dentist'. This means I will pay 'double' what I should have. I spent more money in the few years I was with this practice than I did in the last 20 years. Additionally, there have been several turnovers of employees during the time I was there, including front office staff, hygienists and other dentists in the office. That's never a good sign! A former employee told me that she knew of several patients that left due to the exorbitant costs. I have a client who is a dentist, and I asked him for recommendations after I left. Usually, medical professionals are not quick to say anything negative. That being said, this is the only practice he told me to avoid.

This dentist is a complete fraud. I have good oral hygiene and see a dentist every four months. When my dentist of 30 years retired, I ended up with this crackpot. He proposed so much dental work that it was as if I hadn't seen a dentist in years. He proposed a filling on one of my upper incisors (which he described as minor) and charged my almost $1,000 for filling 9 surfaces. I was in the chair for 2 hours and his process of driving "shims" between my teeth left my neck sore for a week. He should lose his license.

I do have an additional comment. I recently received a billing from Nathanson Dental of about.$690. Inexplicably, insurance payments were noted to have been received by that office, but no amounts were given. Who does such a thing? We now have asked for a complete accounting of all charges and funds received (whether remitted from an insurer or us) so that we can determine what we owe. By any rational assessment, failing to reflect the amount of insurance payments is a shifty business practice.

There appears to be a misunderstanding in this situation. Our process with all of our patents with dental benefit plans of this type is that when the claims we submit are processed, payment is sent directly to the patient. We would never receive payment from insurance in this situation and so the statement "insurance payments were noted to have been received by that office" is inaccurate. We work hard to do everything necessary to make sure claims are submitted properly to any dental care insurance provider we work with to ensure that each patient receives the maximum benefit available to them. If individuals are not happy with the payment amount--or if the patient doesn't receive the benefit the company should have sent to them---then the best course of action would be to discuss this with their insurance provider.
