I visited this salon on July 11th of 2024 for several procedures. One of the procedure was Lavender sugar scrub which cost $125. The length of the procedure was supposed to be 1 hour long. My appointment was at 3pm. I was taken in at 3.05pm, took me about 10 minutes to change into the robe and get settled on the massage table and at 3.35pm I was already back from the procedure to the changing room. I know the time for sure because I went to my locker and took my cell phone to see if I had any missed call. I did not relaize that it was supposed to be 1 hour until I came home and went to their website. I called and the manager said they do not do refunds. However, she set me up for a complimentary sugar scrub for September. Approximately a week before the appt they called me and said that the shower water pressure in the massage room is not working and they need to cancel my complimentray appt. I've called them several times after that and heard the same story about water pressure. So it's been 4 months already and no one called me back with any solution. At this point I'd like to get a full refund in the amount of $125. The servide was not provided in full, the appt ****** less than 30 minutes when it was supposed to be 1 hour.

Dear Ms. ********************** you for taking the time to make me aware of your experience with Spa in The Valley.  I do sincerely apologize for your experience and all of your feedback is extremely valuable in order for us to grow.  I understand that your original ********************** on July 11, 2024 was less than satisfactory and a credit was put under your account for the amount of $125.  We fully intended to be able to perform that service again, so that way you were able to receive the service that you had originally hoped for.  Since then, we have had technical difficulties with our plumbing to that space.  We were waiting on replacement parts and still are.  In the meantime, I completely understand your frustration and disappointment. I certainly will speak to our General Manager regarding this issue. I am more than happy to either refund you the $125 or you are more than welcome to use the $125 credit on your account for any other service.  I do see that you have an upcoming service on November 24, 2024. If you would please let us know if you would like a refund or use the credit towards your upcoming service.

Again, thank you for taking the time to make us aware of your experience so that we may better serve you for the future.  You are also more than welcome to reach out to me directly by calling ************ or email *******************************************************************************************************************.  I hope you enjoy the rest of your afternoon.
      Sincerely,

      ****** ********

Per my phone converstaion with the manager on 11/7/2024 the service scheduled for 11/24/2024 is complimentary (90 minute massage). No need to refund $125. Just make sure the service on 11/24/2024 will be provided in full and I will not need to pay anything for it.

      Thank you,
