    On 07/10/2023, l took my vehicle a 1995, S320, mercedes benz to zoom auto and fleet services located on 2464 chillum road, hyattsville, md 20782 to be repaired because of the collision l had with another vehicle and my vehicle license plate had came off my vehicle. I had asked the service advisor and service manager james kang, to repair the air-condition in my vehicle because warm air is what normally come out when l turn on the air-condition. The service advisor of zoom auto and fleet services, had said to me that, for the service to be perform, he needs to unbuckle the air-condition compartment inorder, to determine the issue and it would cost $180.00. l had declined to repair the air-condition in my vehicle. The service advisor of zoom auto and fleet services had ask me to pick up my vehicle on 7/19/2023 because of the completion of any task I had requested. When I was at zoom auto and fleet services to pick up my vehicle on 7/19/2023, the air-condition in my vehicle had stop blowing air and the dashboard trunk button was detach not totally from the button socket. Mr. james kang, had told me that he had stop seeking to find out as to why the air-condition in my vehicle is not operating properly because l had told him that l cannot afford the payment for the repair of my vehicle air-condition and also the trunk button in my vehicle dashboard was detach completely and thrown away before l came to repair my vehicle at zoom auto and fleet services. I would like my vehicle dashboard trunk button repairef by mr. james kang, zoom auto and fleet services service advisor and service manager and the technician luis as well as, all other employees at zoom auto and fleet services because the dashboard trunk button on my vehicle was not detach before I came to repair my vehicle at zoom auto and fleet services.
