    I believe that I was over charged and did nt get what I paid for . The contractor never came back to tie up work I requested and he stated he would the work was done on April and Ive called him several times to resolve the issue . He over charged me after he played me for taking $50 off the ******* he originally asked for then during the work stated that he would complete the work in one day as planned then he requested $300 more dollars over the $1200 he excepted stated that he estimated wrong due to roots coming from my neighbors small tree. I gave him $200 more but saw how his workers tucked roots under my rock bed that was suppose to he glued down . He never purchased glue or bring the materials on the Sunday he asked for $675. Down I told him no but have him$400. Which made me owe him $800. He is a scammer! Period its been over over 5 months for him to return to put the rubber boarder down even beside the flower bed but havent showed no communications as of yet.
