The project was professionally completed on time with a high degree of quality. Customer satisfaction. This has been a good experience for us. ****** was warm, friendly, knowledgable, and he has my highest recommendation.

Our experience with Home Genius Exteriors was great! From the very beginning, ***** showed up early to the appointment, took pictures in the attic, and walked us through their roofing materials and why this company is top notch. ***** helped us get a great deal on our roof and a few days later, ****, the Project Manager was calling us to let us know he would be managing the project. The roof was a full one day job, and we met **** when he came by to walk the project and to give us a status check. He helped ensure some of our most precious bushes were protected and safe, which we appreciated. At the end of the day, just when the crew was finishing, a huge storm came through and the crew had to clean up quickly due to lighting. **** was back at our house the next morning with a magnetic rake to pick up loose nails from the project. He did a detailed sweep of our parking spots, the grass next to it, the pathway to them from the house (the dumpster was parked there), our front walk and bushes, our rear deck, our back yard, and the path way from the back yard to the front. We have two toddlers (3 and 1.5) so this was very important to us and **** was happy to do it. During the project, we did lose a mint plant that was missed from being moved and got crushed and killed. **** apologized for this and ***** showed up a few days later to see the roof and surprised us with two fresh mint plants for my wife. *** said this for years, people take care of people, and ***** and **** are no exception. They were rockstars and their crew was very friendly and did good work. Home Genius Exteriors is lucky to have them and Id definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs a new roof.Home Genius Exteriors

******* and ***** were fantastic easy to talk to..they got it going on!!! SO VERY HAPPY with the final product! **** was my rep..he was very professional and good to work with. A.J. was bouncing back n forth making sure all was right!! Great guys!! Couldn't ask for more!!Home Genius Exteriors

Home Genius came out to replace 3 of my windows today and the experience with the installer, ******, was amazing. He was prompt, kind, and courteous & wasted no time in getting the job complete. ***** and **** came for a walkthrough and they were both very geniunely fun to be around. Very knowledgeable company, the team was very friendly and clean. The crew was great, they knocked out the roof in a timely manner. **** was our project manager, and he did an excellent job of communicating progress, and keeping in touch before, during, and after the work was completed. He was able to give us a walk through using photos of the work taken by the team and documenting all of the work that they completed. The team arrived to the job early, and had the job complete in under 7 hours. This included the removal of all the old shingles, replacing any roofing boards that needed to be replaced (it's a roof from 1945, so boards instead of plywood sheets), and installing the new shingles, including a ventilation system, drip edge flashing, and a felt vapor barrier. The finished job looks fantastic. Our family is very happy to have a sealed, weather proof roof again! I highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for speed, efficiency, quality, excellent value and communication. Thank you to **** and his team, *******, ****, and ********.Home Genius Exteriors
