The crew was really good, easy to talk to. Everyone from home genius was extremely accommodating and very helpful throughout the install. Very polite people to work with. My house looks brand new! Id recommend them for siding installs.Home Genius Exteriors

The crew worked very hard for 2 days in over 105 degrees to get my roof and skylights installed. ***** was with me every step of the way and had no problems being available when I needed him for small or big questions. If my experience is the normal experience, they have earned my praise and recommendation!Home Genius Exteriors

***** and his crew did an excellent job with my new gutters and trim work. Im getting ready to hand the home down and wanted a facelift before doing so. Home Genius came out to perform a partial siding/gutter install for my home which needed it very badly. I'm very impressed with the level of professionalism and poignancy on behalf of the team and especially ****** the project manager. I had an amazing experience all around. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this company. The whole reason we ended up using this company was the steps we where told they would take. And the products they used. We have 0 problems with the materials used. We were told that they would be a job ******* on the premises while the job was going on. And that all the roofers had at least 10 years experience. We were also told that tarps would be put up from the gutters to the ground before they would start the tear off to keep the mess to a minimum and make sure nails and other small items wouldnt be lost in the grass. Small tarps were laid on the ground, but they quickly overflowed. The workers were just tossing items from the roof to land not only in our yard and driveway, but our neighbors as well. The dumpster was delivered over an hour after they started and left parked partially in one neighbors driveway. Thankfully they were able to get around it. The project manager was on site for a whole 5 to 10 minutes the entire day. He arrived over an hour after the workers and left quickly. He was told that the mess was unacceptable and they did clean some, but only what was in the neighbor's property at that time. During our initial consult we were told a worker would be on the ground for the entire project just to keep it clean. Our dog could not be let out all day due to the mess for fear of injury.Communication was extremely poor. The language barrier prevented any helpful discussion with the workers. They all spoke Spanish and very little English.We were also told that the leftover materials would be left behind. They are new and we paid for them so they are rightfully ours. The only thing left was 2 sections of ridge vent. There should have been 2 unused tubes of caulk as well as partial rolls of material and metal and a good amount of roofing nails left, too. These were put into the workers van ********** say we are disappointed. Would be a severe understatement. Please do not use this company!!!Home Genius Exteriors
