From the beginning, ******** came to the door and told us about the company and set up an appointment very quickly with the call center and sent us an ***** by the name of ***. From there, *** worked with us and got us quickly approved for work to be started and we received a welcome email from **** about our start date. The second ***** was sent our way by the name of ** and he told us exactly what was going to be happening throughout the day. ***** and crew were beyond professional and they were honest about everything and shared all project photos with us from the beginning. I would recommend them in every which was possible for roof replacement, if you want the job done right. 5 stars aren't even enough for this company! Job well done!

June 12, 2024 an agent of Home Genius Exteriors, *****************************************************, arrived at my home and we made a contract to replace my front siding. He was given a down payment check for $1,400. Since providing the check I have not heard back from the company or agent. Numerous calls have been made to the aforementioned company with frustrating results. No employee is able to assist me and I am always given the runaround. I am told someone will call me back to assist but no one ever calls back. A manager or someone with knowledge is never available. I am putting a stop on the check, hopefully that works. I do not recommend this company to anyone, they are treating me poorly.Home Genius Exteriors

My project was severely delayed by internal issues with their own employees. When I called to complain and cancel the contract, ********************* was very rude to me and laughed at my accent. He refused to apologize to me and they are refusing to refund my deposit even though materials have not yet been ordered. I am very dissatisfied!Home Genius Exteriors

The decision process towards home improvement can be awkward and timely. Indeed we have had experience with roofing companies that talk fast, force answers and create a very uncomfortable time. Prior to the meeting with Home Genius agent ******, Looked up on the feedback and review of the company and thought like others it was one that full of fluff to appeal to be a customer service based. The feeling of embarrassment once meeting and talking with ******. He explained and facilitated the meeting with an open forum that allow not only question to be asked but validated our understanding of composition of roof repair. There are no words to express the ease, comfort and satisfaction of such an estimate given. Looking forward to the repair and will give an additional review once completed.Home Genius Exteriors
