Very courteous, helpful and made this project very easy. Daniel was prepared and knew his info that I needed for my new roof. AJ and team were so helpful, worked very well with me, and explained everything thoroughly that was getting done.

Home Genius recently replaced a 30 year old roof for me. Every aspect of the install was flawless from the initial sales meeting to the final sign off on the project! The install team was courteous, efficient and they left the site perfectly clean! A special shout out to *******, the project manager who was onsite to answer questions and oversee the crew! Company in ****** ****, told us in September they order parts to fix the door, it's March havnt gotten a response I have email proof, they install front door wrong originally, had to come out to fix it worked for a day and went back to the issue originally, looks like door was install entirely wrong or they didn't reframe it probably because all 4 corners are slightly off more gap on bottom then top, very disappointed for 33,000 you think the quality would be better or service for overpriced work, knowing this, we are not expecting warranty work to be covered because they can't even fix this issue, very disappointed ,won't ever use them again, you think they fix the issue they butchered but we live far away from them so they clearly don't want to keep driving back, we also ask for a different general contractor to come out to fix it and they brought out the same guy we asked not to come because he the one who vouch for his guy and then claimed this was the first door they ever installed, we also were told this guy was gonna be here the whole job and only saw him when we got to sign paperwork he also didn't look at the work the guys did when to sign paperwork because he trusted his guy. Front door was about 10,000 in total or so total job was around 33,000 our only true complaint is the front door I'd give them a 5 star if they actually fixed the issue appropriately and in a timely manner and not lied to us.Home Genius Exteriors

This company has a seriously happy customer. From start to finish I was told exactly what was gonna happen no surprises. They installed all 13 windows and the sliding glass door in hours. Mike L. And Dylan C project managers worked with me to perfect the image I wanted for my home. The crew showed up on time and work vigorously and happy to improve the curb appeal and comfort of my home. The windows are great good quality. Pleasure to work with this company. Will be getting my gutters replaced soon.Home Genius Exteriors
