2 starsWe got our roof replaced by them and we have a leak, this roof is not even 1 year old and we have called them numerous times. We got one call back from them and was told they would get a team together to come fix it. We never received another call back from them, and still have not heard back from them. We have called at least 5 more times since then and was told the last time that our address did not exist in their system and the number that they have called us back on before does not exist in their system either. We then supplied them with another phone number and was finally able to have the lady find our information and was told we would get a call back and be put on the schedule. It has been close to a week since that call and we again have not received a call back, nor any information on when they are supposed to be returning to fix the issue. This is one large issue among many other smaller issues we have had with this company. They told us our yard would be clean and it was not, they would reattach our roof vent for our bathroom fan which was not. They also removed out old roof vent fan, (after asking) but just snipped the live wires and left them in our attic. There was live power wires in our attic that had power to them and they just snipped the fan off and left them there. No telling us they were there, no warning, we are lucky we did not have an issue. This was an easy process from start to finish! No one “wants” to buy a new roof - but if you must, call Home Genius Exteriors and Andre will come over. Andre walked us through the product line and the whole process from Home Genius - he was EXCELLENT! We were linked with Tony and Evan, Project Managers who walked us through the day of install and the walk through. We had some questions and the dumpster was left overnight - but they took care of it and all was well. We love that our roof is done and great financing made it AFFORDABLE!!!

The project manager, Tony, easily made my experience excellent. He explained everything step by step on how the gutters were going to be installed flawlessly and was very personable throughout the whole time. I’m looking forward to more projects with him in the near future.Home Genius Exteriors

The roof is amazingly!! My house is the sexiest house on the block. Chris was excellent with the inspection, AJ was knowledgeable and communicative about the project, Allan was polite and made sure that the outside of the house was protected.
