From the start, I was skeptical. The solicitor knocking on a door with warning about solicitors. Curiosity got the best of me and set up a schedule to meet with a salesperson. It is a must to make the deal, since theres a time crunch to make the deal. I was set to get the roof, sidings, gutters and wood wrap. No real communication after the deal, you just have to assume things will get done. Started with the roof. I got a couple pictures showing damages, but I reviewed the pictures well, and it wasnt even my house. The first obvious damage caused by workers was a screen tear. That was fixed same day. I didnt bother to check the rest of the screens. Then the sidings and wood wrap. I brought it up to the workers the soffits needs to be vented and all they said was thats what was ordered. The project manager says the same thing and not required since the roof vent is sufficient enough. I showed him how my old soffits were and they put in some venting means. I feel its not sufficient. Also the moisture barrier was not taped, just folded and stapled. Be advised before any work that cables and water faucets that you had no worries about, will be your problem to take care of, because as the manager said were not plumbers or electricians. I met up with the project manager and his supervisor to show my concerns with the garage door trim not wrapped, all window screens damaged and drip edges not banged up. Chimney crown cap not part of the job either. Im very disappointed because very typical all sounds great at the sales pitch, but goes downhill from there. Production coordinator doesnt like to listen to the customer either. Setting up a date to do something, and you tell her next week, shell keep asking the week before. Its been over a month and a half since meeting with manager and supervisor, nothing done with what was discussed. Supervisor said h*** get back with me with vent soffit requirements, nothing. House can look good from afar but details not so much.Home Genius Exteriors

I would recommend Home Genius Exteriors. **** the project manager was quick to answer all my questions in a timely *****. They did a great job with my gutters, replacing them with wider ones as well as cleaning up, with nother left behind. ******************************Home Genius Exteriors

I had my roof replaced in January 2025. Since then they have been out 2 times to fix leaks in the roof. I really regret doing business with this company. For what I paid I thought I would get a very professional job. Not the case. Im VERY dissatisfied with this companyHome Genius Exteriors

Everybody ive talked to starting with the sales rep *** down to ***** the project manager, and especially Leo's roofing crew has been absolutely amazing. Even the folks behind the scenes communicated everything effortlessly, and my roof is excellent. Cannot speak highly enough about this experience.Home Genius Exteriors

I've had two projects done with Home Genius, and everybody I've met has been responsive, friendly and courteous. I consider them family at this point and respect the kind hearted nature that everybody had displayed with me. From ****** ***** **** ****** *****, and *****, I have been pleasantly surprised by the warm personality of every one of them. The door installation led by ***** and the siding installation led by ****** were equally impressive. They came in, got to work, and were more than willing to assist and answer all of the questions and concerns that I had during the process. My home has been completely transformed now, and they deserve all the good things they have coming their way. No complaints thus far whatsoever and I do not envision that changing any time soon.Home Genius Exteriors
