      So I hired this moving company, when I moved to my new place back on the 1st of October. When I say that this was the most unprofessional thing experience of my life and it left me feeling cheated out of my money and ultimately fustrated and taken advantage ofp. There were 3 movers, I was quoted for $650, and ended up paying over $1000. Let me add that I live alone with my 3 year old son, which we didn’t have that much to move. In addition 2 of the movers were arguing pretty much the entire time and when they weren’t they were just standing around. And the other mover was the only one actually moving and packing my things. I literally saw them drop my couch while going down the stairs and heard them drop my tv. When I got my new home I saw that there was obvious damage to my 55” tv, I continued to plug it in and turn it on and sure enough it was damaged, they then took the tv with them and explained that a claim would be made and my tv would either be repaired or I would be compensated. After waiting an entire month I received no updates, I finally decided to call them today and was told my claim had been processed and that they are giving me $175 towards my tv, which isn’t even enough to buy another television of that quality. I asked that they keep the money and simply pay for the repairs costs of my television, which they then replied that they don’t do. This company is not focused on quality of service, has shown lack of appropriate and professionalism and refuse service to let anyone make the same mistake I did. If I could give 0 stars I would.
