    During the week of December 18, 2023, an excavation of neighboring property resulted in my property sustaining damage. Both dirt and fence caved into the excavation hole. There were no shoring or other protective measures taken to prevent this from occurring. The primary man on sight (Rickey *****) gave verbal assurance that my fence would be restored and mounted back as found. The poles which collapsed into the hole would be recovered and replaced with new cement footing. The restoration which took place Thursday 12/21 following the repacking of dirt in the hole was a failure and the fence is now a wreck.
    Mr. ***** was not on the worksite when the dirt was being repacked and fence post restored. Upon returning to the worksite, he was disappointed to find that the condition of the poles and my fence and immediately stated he does not know how to repair the fence and would need a fence company to replace what i have now lost.
    I would like my fence and property restored to how it was found prior to the excavation or $5,000.00. To note, Long Fence placed the new gate and fence which is now damaged. If not restored, the company should be closed until the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. I did not ask for this to happen. I do not want retaliation or threats made to me or my family and property.

    During the week of December 18, 2023, during one of the evenings a storm descended on the Takoma Park, Md. area with heavy rains and heavy winds. Unfortunately, a section of Ms. **********'s fence fell into the ditch that was dug the day of the storm. 

    According to Ms. **********, the fence was installed 4-5 years prior to this work by Long Fence and did not have concrete poured around the posts.

    Ms. ********** provided photos that only show the damaged fence section and not the completed repair to the fence.

    I have uploaded photos of the completed repair of the fence and gate in great working order. Please note on one photo with one of the bags of concrete (circled in red) we used when resetting the fence posts.

    Slander against Cross County Plumbing, Inc., any employees, and/or myself needs to cease.
