We have been using this company with no real issues that we know of until their last visit. We have a completely organic garden and there was a bees nest above it, which my husband had told the person who came out to service us about. While I was sitting indoors, I happened to see out the window an abundance of a white milky substance falling from above onto my garden. I started freaking out. What is what are they doing?!?! Neither me, nor my husband were outside during the application of the chemicals that this man was spraying. My husband asked him why he sprayed chemicals over our garden without asking us, and informed him that it is an organic garden, where no chemicals are used. His response was very unprofessional. “just wash it off“ zero concern for the fact that he just destroyed a garden. It took us hours and hours of work to produce and hundreds of dollars! I emailed the company to find out what chemicals they used and their response was less than caring for what they did as well. They seemed almost annoyed that I was asking the question. I really only asked one question and then a follow up question and they didn’t bother to get back to me so I had my husband call. My husband was informed on the phone “Oh that is not the way that the owner likes to run this business“ after explaining what it happened to her. She said she would have the owner call him back. Guess what shocker he never did. My Husband called back again and she gave him the owner’s cell phone number. When my husband called and spoke to him, he basically had the same attitude that the person who came out to provide service had he didn’t really care. In fact, he tried to make it seem like it was our fault that we didn’t cover our garden and inform my husband that while the grocery stores use these kind of chemicals. That’s the whole point of our organic garden is so that we’re not buying vegetables sprayed with chemicals! Well, how can we know to cover our garden if they don’t first advise us.
