I hit a deer needed a driver side fender, front grille and headlight assembly. 2010 **** F-150 XLT. The grille on my truck is silver 6 bars. I called and they said they had the parts at they're other location. It will take a couple of days. On 5/03/2025 around 5 pm I got to the Stokes Auto Parts. I paid $371 dollars use my debit card. We walked outside they brought the parts around and I said to the gentleman that's not the rite parts. At that time he informed me that they would fit my truck said take them home and if they don't fit call on Monday. So that's what I did. On Monday I called told them that the parts are not rite. I was informed to give him a little more time to try to find the rite parts. I didn't hear anything back. The following day I brought the parts back and asked for them to please refund my money back onto my card. At that time I was told No. That they wouldn't be able to refund all of it . I called my bank to dispute it. But I was told that I needed a document from the merchant. BUT THAT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. I CAN'T EVEN GET MY MONEY REFUNDED.I have called and asked to speak with a supervisor but every time I'm told the supervisor isn't in. I left the parts there on 5/6/25 around noon. After speaking with the gentleman in the office. He informed me that they weren't going to be able to refund all my money. I informed the gentleman that I was going to leave these WRONG PARTS ,THAT DON'T FIT MY TRUCK , THAT THEY SOLD TO ME , propped up outside their office. I took pics of where I left the parts and contacted my bank.. So now this company has their parts back and also keeping my $371 dollars. This is not fair nor right for a business to treat a paying customer. I informed them from the start that the parts wasn't the rite parts. Just because I'm a female doesn't mean that I don't know what I'm talking about.I would like to get my $371 dollars refunded back on my debit card. They have their parts and my $371.. THAT'S NOT RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!

    To whom this may concern

I disagree with the facts as stated by the customer. We furnished the customer with ********************** that she requested. She accepted said parts.  Approximately one week later, she decided she wanted a different color.    As stated on the sales contract , that was signed by customer, all sales are final. No returns , no cash refunds and body parts are sold as is.

In an effort to work with the customer, I will offer her a ********************** credit for the full amount ($371)that she paid, that she can use to purchase parts in a future date.

Again, there is a signed sales contract between the customer and ********, stating all the covenants of the agreement.  Any attempt now to stop payment on the credit card would be theft of services we performed as requested from the customer.

Thank you for your attention to this matter

    Regards
