      I bought the above item from eBay in August 2022 at a cost of C$211.45. The item arrived on Aug 23, but was defective, malfunction with no sound. Thus I asked for refund and eBay firstly advised 'no problem' but then they emailed me on Aug 29 saying the seller, GTD was not able to buy me a return shipping label & I had to pay for shipping first. However, eBay confirmed that the seller is still responsible for return shipping costs. On Sept 2, I used Canada Post Expedited Parcel service to ship the item back to GTD, who advised me to use the cheapest way of shipping but also to meet the return deadline of Sept 13. Please see uploaded Canada Post receipt, C$79.98. On Sept 6 (4 days after I dispatched the item), I received an email from GTD expressing their mind change that it's better to just refund me without asking for returning the item in view of the C$79.98 shipping cost. After some intrigues, I managed to get the refund of C$211.45 for the item, but NOT the shipping cost. I see there is no reason that I am refused to be reimbursed for the return shipping cost as I did what eBay and GTD initially advised me to do; that is, shipping the item back using the cheapest way and to meet the return deadline of Sept 13. (unfortunately, the item was held back by US Custom for days thus arriving at GTD several days after Sept 13 - refer to Post Office Track # CXXXXXXXXXXCA). On Oct 12, I appealed to eBay for their help in resolving this matter (I also c.c. GTD 'customer service' via ***********@yahoo.com); but as of to-date, I have not heard from either party.

      Today is Nov 17/22 and I presume you, BBB, still have not heard from GTD Electronics? Kindly update me. Thanks. I am uploading the post office receipt of C$79.98 which is the shipping cost I paid upfront for returning the item as GTD was unable to give me a mailing label. I do hope and feel justified that I can be reimbursed for this shipping cost.
