I have to share how impressed we were by Movers USA, Alberto, his whole team, and Laura D**** in customer service for her help along the way. First of all, their estimated price was so much better than the other estimates that I was not sure they understood our needs. I spoke with Laura many, many, many times. Every time she was always professional, polite, courteous, helpful, & knowledgeable! I had so many questions and she was always well prepared to provide answers and reassurance on many occasions. She is an amazing representative for Movers USA!
Alberto and his team were tremendous! Everyone worked hard and diligently that even on a cold February day they were breaking a sweat! They were constantly active and performed so well in carefully wrapping and boxing almost 400 boxes along with numerous pieces of heavy furniture. They are all vibrant and full of energy as they eagerly loaded the truck with all of those boxes and many large heavy pieces of furniture. The entire team was extremely impressive in their outstanding performance. Please accept our sincere and grateful appreciation for the performance of the whole team and their fantastic delivery. Job well done!! I offer my highest recommendation to everyone to select Movers USA for a fantastic price and great value for all of your local or long distance moving needs!

5 starsExtremely great customer service. The customer service department answers all questions and inquiries in a timely manner. All details are explained in full. The move had to be done after hours due to a requirement by the landlord. Never a problem for Movers USA. The team that arrived was on time, professional and worked diligently to get the job done. They ran into some "snags" with the size and shape of some of the furniture. Not one complaint and came up with solutions quickly. We are extremely pleased with this company.Review fromDON C

I will never, ever again in my life use this company. I wouldn’t allow them to move a dog house. What they say was up to 14 business days (although the mileage breakdown on the agreement says it should be 10) has now become 17. They called me and said we will be there “tomorrow” then the same day someone texts and says the truck is in the shop. Laura D**** has been “out sick” since she booked my move and everyone acts like they don’t know where my belongings are.
Moving is already stressful. 99% of the stress has been caused by them. On one end they say use a credit card then the next moment they want cash like this is a drug deal. Just bring me my crap and disappear from my life because taking a month to move a 1br apartment is beyond ridiculous.Movers USA, Inc.

5 starsMovers USA left me with a great long distance moving experience. They showed up on time, wrapped furnishings well for transport, and made a timely arrival at the destination. Items were carefully unloaded, unwrapped and placed where desired at the destination. The 3 workers were very professional, courteous and focused on customer satisfaction. Fabulous crew of 3! This is our second time moving with Movers USA, Inc. We requested the same team that moved us 3 years ago and they were happy to oblige. The moving team was fast, efficient, and proficient! Not a scratch on any part of my old or new house or any of the items. Pristine move. So impressive. I highly recommend. Reasonable prices too.
