    Trying to clean out the house that family had lived in for more than 60 years became too much for us non- youngsters to accomplish. Downsizing Specialists made the experience so much easier, both physically and emotionally. They provided practical advice and information, a clear schedule of the process, handled the clean out and any sale and donations. They even turned in the cable equipment for us. Downsizing Specialists turned a trying, stressful situation into a mission accomplished and a big relief. I recommend them highly.

    Downsizing Specialists helped me clear out my parents' home, where my folks had lived for over 50 years and accumulated not only their own collections of art, electronics, books, other collectibles and, in later years, medical equipment, but also some remains of my grandparents' home. It was an overwhelming task, especially since I was alone in dealing with it and live 400+ miles away; ****** and his crew made it manageable and substantially reduced the stress involved. From the initial assessment and estimate, to the first clear and estate sale, through to the final clean out and subsequent online sales, they were knowledgeable, communicative, responsive, reliable, very patient, and an excellent value. It was an especially sensitive time as my father had just died, and ****** was not just professional but also compassionate and supportive. He was also very much aligned with my goal of minimizing landfill. All in all, I'm very grateful to Downsizing Specialists and recommend them highly.
