    I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed verbally and through email where the technician did not show up. When I called, I was informed the reason why they didnt show up and they will call me to let me know when they are available. The level of unprofessionalism this company displays and the ****** reviews associated with this, it feels like this company only is in business to scam people. I called in and was informed the manager does not come in so I can only contact through email. There was no level to reconcile the issue and since this was the company provided to me by the insurance company, it seems like they are trying to collect a check from the company without doing the work (scam). Do not use this company.

    Don't utilize them ever! Total incompetence at the management level. Just look at the rest of the comments and I had the exact same experience.

    Hired them to fix a ******* Washing Machine ( recommended by *******) Very Hard to communicate. Took payment a week before service. Service tech came and diagnosed. It took them two weeks to come back out as they ordered wrong part. Finally came back on a Saturday and spend almost 1.5 hours, but could not fix. He acknowledged he can not get it to work correctly. Told me to don't use this cycle and that and do not put a lot of clothes in it, etc. He said to call office on Monday. They do not pick up phone now. They have used three different phone numbers when they badgered me for payment for the service and parts that had not been repaired at that time. I have no receipts nor invoices during this whole process. Tried to give them benefit of the doubt as they could not communicate very well. Do not use ever......very unprofessional.

    Was assigned this company to repair my dryer. My husband took off work they came the technician identified the part that was needed. Ordered the part it came 2 weeks later. A new technician came to install the part (my husband took off work again). The new technician claimed the part ordered was incorrect and another part was needed. We were assured this part would rectify the problem with the dryer. The part was ordered. Once it arrived a 3rd appointment was scheduled. We were told they would arrive between 12-4. I took off work. The technician never showed. Called all the numbers available no response. Emailed the company directly… no response. Text the technician number that was given after the 2nd appointment… no response. Spoke with Lowes service department they advised they would follow up with the company this will take 2 days. We have paid for a protection plan through Lowes for a company that is not reputable and my dryer is still broken and it has been a month.

    SIS VA INC contacted us regarding an appointment for Friday, 5-19-2023. However, the part ordered did not come on time so we cancelled the repair appointment.
    SIS VA INC has been courteous, professional trying to set up appointment and make the visit for Repair Washer.

    They don't deserve a star. My extended warranty on my washer broke and Lowe's gave me these lovers. I had an appointment from a 8:00-12:00 window. When they didn't show up, I called and they said they didn't have an appointment for me. I call Lowe's back and these losers (SIS VA INC) rejected my appointment, without any notice. After reading all the comments, I'm glad I didn't get them
    Go shutdown already.
