    I have been a satisfied customer of AR who was the original installer and service maintainer of my pondless waterfeature for several years. I began seeing issues with my water feature not holdonmg water and drying up in 2022, which AR came out several times clearing debris so they said from the unit which was the fix. The unit continued to have issues and I paid $190 in three installments 9/15/23, 9/22/23. and 10/20/23 for a service call to again fix the issue. Within a week the issue resurfaced and I have been in contact with AR to come back out and address the issue that I pad for. AR has barely responded to my text and calls to come out and only advises they will be out but never respond to finish the work. During the time of my good faoth correspondence with I responded to their early bird special mailer to signup for their Winterization service. On 11/2/23 i sent another $190 to AR for the service. This service shuts down the pond for the winter, removing the water in the well, and removing the submersible pump so it doesn’t freeze over and becomes damged. As of this reporting AR has not responded out to perform this service and has only sent a text on 12/14/23 advisng they would respond out on a slightly warmer day.But this day has not come almost one month later. I sent a follow-up text on 1/4/24 inquiring when/if they were coming out and as of this document on 1/10/24 I have still not heard from AR.
    My issue is that i have paid $190 for repair work that has yet to address the dryinmg out of the pond, the payment of another $190 for a winterization sevice that has not been performed, and potential damage to a pump that has been in frozen well water. Winter months in the US are December, January, and February, & I am concerned of the exposure my pump has incurred from the service not being performed in a timely manner. I am respectfully requesting a total of $580. $380 for the money I sent to AR, AND $200 for a new pump. I have texts, bank records, Ring video
