    Complaint happened during February - June 2022. It involved my brother ordering compression stocking per his doctor. My sister took him to eMed to special order these compression stockings. It involved the store staff taking measurement of his legs and the order was sent out to be made. After multiple tries to get the stocking they did not fit because they were incorrectly measured, per the stocking company. The staff even added a zipper to the stocking which was not on the doctors orders. We called the company that make the stocking and they said the measurement should be the exact measurement of his legs. The staff was adding inches to his leg measurements. It was obvious that they did not know what they were doing and after just over 6 months of trying my sister asked for a refund. The store denied my brother a refund and would not take the stocking back. I am another sister that handle my brothers money because he is mentally handicapped. My sister that took him to get the stocking tried numerous times to get a refund from the store up until July 2022. I then called eMed Medical Supply numerous times after July 17, 2022 and spoke with the young girl at the desk and left my phone number and asked to have the manager call me. No calls from the manager ***************************** to date, I also visited the store and all attempts have failed. This is not the way to run a business. This is stealing money from the handicapped. I am asking for a refund of $478.00 the cost that my brother paid for these stocking and we will return the stocking to eMed that they refused to take back.Thanks
