    Incident occurred today - 8/25/2022 After completing my shopping at ********, I went to the subway sandwich shop to order a sandwich. The website said that Subway opened up at 8:00 am.; however, the man told me that the shop did not open until 10:00. He refused to serve me and went through the door, I am assuming to the back. I am diabetic and needed to get something to eat. I tried several times to contact Subway's corporate office and I was able to speak to a lady and she told me complaints are only handled online. I was able to say the website was wrong with regards to time and she assured me that the website time in Landover Hills, Maryland is correct but she could not assist me any further, all complaints are online. I told her it was not working for me. She informed me that she could not help me. I just wanted them to know to fix their time on the website, The website says 8:00am, the man refused to serve me; I was there at 8:57am after I finished shopping at ******** Please have the corporate office clear up the confusion.

    Hi, 
    This is Mohammed H******** Owner of the Subway. My business address is ***************************** . Landover Hills  Maryland  *****. Store phone number ************. Our store used to open from 8am to 10 pm. After covid-19 it changed it to 9am to 9pm . Recently we changed to **** am ****pm FOR ONLY SUBWAY STORE . We have Another entity  ****** ***** and we have been open at 10am to 8.pm for the last 6 years. I talked to my employee , and he gave the right information to Customer ***********************, which is ***********'s open at 10am and nothing to do Subway opening hours . This is a ******* snack fresh Pretzel item 7 day open 10am -8pm and Sorry for the hours of confusion and serving. I called the customer today at ************ but there was no answer.
