    I'm trying desperately to reach National phlebotomy in ******** va to renew my phlebotomy certification. They have been impossible to contact, via email, phone, etc. if my grace ****** expires to renew, I'll be charged with an additional charge to reinstate me. I've attempted to acquire a temporary password from them to supplant my forgotten one, but all attempt have been honored or blocked. All I seek is to know if they are legit, still In business, and to renew with them. Any help is appreciated. ??

    Please be advised that on April 18, 2024, the person who filed the Complaint Form with BBB Accredited Business contacted the National Phlebotomy Association and left a message.

     

    On April 18, 2024, a *** Staff Member contacted the person and assisted the person in renewing their certification online.
