      At this address *************************************************************, I have parked a semi truck twice. On June 26/24. I Walked in and asked the manager of the above address if it's save to park. The manager agreed, assured me I can park for days and no parking fees. This is the parking address next to the store address *************************************. I did parked my truck there for two night and I wasn't tow.On July 12/24, I parked at the same location believing it's save as been assured by the manager. On coming to pickup the truck on July 13/24, it had been towed. The towed company only tells me it was illegally parked and charged me $1500. I have a voice record to when the store manager was confirming the location is a save parking for trucks. Am ready to corporate.The company I work for quickly stripped me of my full paycheck. My company care less about the whole situation even after I forwarded them the voice record. My company is tell me to go and follow it up alone. I need assistance The voice note size is larger. Help with other means to send the voice note.

      On January 24, 2024 when I woke up at 9am, I happen to look out of my window and noticed that my car was no longer parked in front of my townhouse. I thought that maybe when I drove it yesterday that I had forgot to lock the doors and it was stolen. I called 911 to report that my car was stolen. They transferred my call to the non-emergency number and I told them my car had been stolen and they asked for my tag #. I provided my tag # and they said it was towed and provided the tow company as "Charley's Crane Service, and gave me the telephone number. I immediately called *******'s and they said yes they had towed my car because it was illegally parked. It was not illegally parked, it was parked in my assigned space #**. Mind you that I have been living in this townhouse for over 25 years and have never had a vehicle towed. I have had this car since living at this location. We have 2 assigned spaces and my car was parked in its assigned space.I asked them where were they located and had to take an uber to pick up my car. They charged $175 for me to be able to get my vehicle, plus I paid $28 for the uber. There are several cars parked in my neighborhood that are covered and there is no parking permit displayed so I would like to know why my car was singled out. There are several cars that I do not see parking permits displayed. I was parked legally in my assigned parking space. My parking permit had broken and had fallen but it was in my car.I want to be reimbursed for the uber and the tow. I am disputing these charges because I was not illegal parked in my assigned parking space. There are many cars/trucks that I have noticed that are not displaying parking permits because they are covered so how is it that my car was singled out

      Bryson Enterprise (Charley's Crane Services) was hired by ****** ******* County to tow abandon vehicles. 1. ****** ******* County did not follow the County ordinance Section 26.142.14 and towed my vehicle without any documentation notifying that my vehicle would be towed. 2. Vehicle was towed by Charley's Crane Service on 10/26.2023 (26,000 GVW Box Truck) 3. Per County Ordinance, my vehicle tow should have been 300 for the tow and an additionally 50 dollars a day. 4. Company Charges me 1350 to release my vehicle which is a violation of Section 26.142.14 which documents how much should be paid by a company. 5. Company General Manager did not allow me to get the vehicle, and forced me to pay the amount.
