    I received an email that my item was out of stock on an order Id placed and to contact customer service. In doing so, I was sent to a ******, who informed me that my product wasnt in stock and they couldnt provide me with an eta. I either had to proceed with my order without any guesstimated time frame of when it would arrive, or to cancel it entirely (I also paid expedited shipping to have it here in one day). I asked ****** if she could transfer me to someone who could better assist me and she told me no one else is here, at 4:10pm MD time. I then asked her to give someone my number, who could better handle this situation, as I couldnt believe they didnt have a better solution for this issue other that to proceed blindly or cancel, and informed her if she didnt assist me further I would be taking my issue here, to the BBB. She proceeded to hang up on me, not answer my follow-up two phone calls, and then cancelled my existing order without my authorization. I have zero faith that anyone at this company will try to rectify my issue, which is why Im taking it here to The BBB, in hopes of them investigating this companys policies and procedures, let alone their legitimacy. *** owned and operated my client-facing, customer-service-first business for 14 years and I would NEVER disregard a guest the way ****** just did today.
